# Resetting a DPIA Questionnaire

Reissue the questionnaire on a DPIA to answer it again from the start, for example at an annual review, or to pick up changes made to the questionnaire.

**Applies to:** DPIA owners and users with admin rights on DPIA · **Module:** DPIA

## Reissuing the Questionnaire

1. Open the DPIA record and click the **Edit Details** tab.
2. Click **Reissue Questionnaire** to issue a fresh copy of the selected questionnaire, or **Clear Responses** to keep the same questions but remove the answers.

1. Click **Save** (save and close) or the pencil icon (**Save and edit**) at the top right.
2. Answer the questionnaire again on the **DPIA Questionnaire** tab. See [Answering a DPIA Questionnaire](https://support.symbiant.co.uk/kb/answering-a-dpia-questionnaire/).

**Important:** Reissuing or clearing removes the existing answers. If you need a record of them, run a DPIA report or check the record's history first.
