# Resetting a User’s Password

How to reset a user's account password.

## Accessing Users

Navigate to **Set Up** from the bottom left corner,

Navigate to **Users**,

Select the desired user,

Select the **Reset Account Password** button, an email will be sent with further instructions to the user. **Ensure they check their spam folder!**
