How to create a new Register: You must create at least one register before adding risks.
Adding a Register #
Navigate to the Register stub on the left-hand side menu,
Select the plus to create a new Register,
Enter a name for the Register and give it a Sort Order,
(Note: Please restrict Register Names to 31 Characters or less if you wish to generate Excel Register Reports!)
Once you are done, Save the register at the top right.
