Seat Types #

Standard User Seats #

Standard User Seats allow Users to possess any Role and access any Module. Module and Record access can be restricted using Roles and Divisions.

Limited User Seats #

Limited User Seats are only used for Specific Tasks. For example, a Limited User Seat can be used solely for Incident Reporters.

This type of seat is restricted and cannot be used across more than a Single Module.

If a User with this seat is required to access an additional Module, they must be upgraded to a Standard User Seat. If the user is moved to a Standard User Seat, their Limited User Seat will remain for another user to use.
