This can be caused by a Control, an Aggregation of Scores, or an Invalid Setup of Scoring.

Specific Risk View
Checking for Controls #
Ensure there are No Inactive (Shown as a Strikethrough) OR Blank Controls
Checking for Aggregated Score #
Ensure the Risk Score isn’t being Aggregated
Check for Invalid Scoring Setup #
Ensure that the Risk Scoring has been entered correctly (No Missing Values)
