How to create an Audit Issue Report
Accessing Audit Reports #
Navigate to Report under Audit Tracker,
Select the Plus icon at the top right to create a new Audit Report,
Enter Audit Report Details #
Name the Audit Report, and attach an Audit Entity,
(The Audit Entity information will then be linked to the Audit Report)
Fill out any details about the Audit Report, this can include an Objective, Category and Descriptions.
Once complete, ensure you save the Audit Report at the top right.
