How to Make a Question Appear in a Survey

Ensure Question Options have been Created #

When creating a Survey, the system may not display some or all the linked Questions.

Usually, this is caused when the linked Questions have not been set Options. Options are required for a user to answer the Survey.

Ensure the Questionnaire is Up-to-date #

If this does not solve the problem, please ensure the Survey has been “Re-Issued” as it may be attempting to load an older version of the Questionnaire.

After selecting the Survey that is not correctly displaying Questions, navigate to ‘Edit Survey’. Here, the Survey can be Reissued.
