How to set up a risk workshop, where a group scores new risks, agrees treatments and then escalates the risks to a register.

Starting a New Workshop #
Select Workshops in the left-hand menu, then select the plus icon at the top right.
Filling Out the Workshop Details #
Enter a Summary that describes the purpose of the workshop. Choose the Score Set the risks will be scored with, and tick the Scoring Factors you want the group to score: Inherent, Residual and/or Target. Only the factors you tick appear in the scoring stage.
Select the Workshop Manager, the person who runs the workshop and adopts the final treatments. Then add the Workshop Members, the people who take part, score and vote.
You can also set a Stage End Date to show members when the current stage should be finished.
Saving the Workshop #
Select Save at the top right.
The workshop is saved at the Define stage, shown in the Stage field. Open the Stages tab to start adding risks.
