Reissue the questionnaire on a DPIA to answer it again from the start, for example at an annual review, or to pick up changes made to the questionnaire.

Reissuing the Questionnaire #

1. Open the DPIA record and click the Edit Details tab.
2. Click Reissue Questionnaire to issue a fresh copy of the selected questionnaire, or Clear Responses to keep the same questions but remove the answers.

3. Click Save (save and close) or the pencil icon (Save and edit) at the top right.
4. Answer the questionnaire again on the DPIA Questionnaire tab. See Answering a DPIA Questionnaire.

Important: Reissuing or clearing removes the existing answers. If you need a record of them, run a DPIA report or check the record’s history first.
