How to Add Tracker Findings

Accessing Monitoring Action Tracker #

Navigate to Monitoring Action Tracker,

Select the MAT Record you’d like to add Tracker Findings to,

Adding Findings #

Navigate to the bottom of the page, and select Add Findings,

Fill out the Action Reference, Finding Title, Rating of the Finding, Business Area (Risk Family) and Current Status,

Add in the Findings, and any Notes,

The Approving and Validation of the Findings are completed through a series of choices,

Saving the Tracker Findings #

When finished, remember to Save at the top right (1) OR Save and Edit (Saving but remaining on the same screen) (2)
