Symbiant AI can help reduce duplicate Records by finding similar Records.

Finding Duplicate Controls #

Within the Control Module, click the ‘lightbulb’ Icon while on the Dashboard (List) View.

Once this Icon is clicked, select ‘Possible Duplicates’.

This will open a popup window to generate with AI.

After clicking the ‘Generate’ button, the AI will suggest possible duplicate Controls.

To go to a Duplicate Control, click the ‘arrow’ icon.

When at the Duplicate Control, it can be assessed.
