How to create an Audit Entity

(If you only have Audit Tracker, and not Audit Universe please View it Here)

Accessing the Audit Entities #

Navigate to the Audit Universe,

Select the Plus icon at the top right to create a new Audit Entity,

Enter Audit Details #

Fill out the Name, Division, Risk Score set and any Sources for the Audit Entity

Enter Auditing Time #

Enter the Estimated Audit Time in Days, this will be used to calculate date values in further modules,

Enter Audit Scope Options #

Enter a Scope from the dropdown, and any further Scope Details,

When finished, save at the top right.

Adding Additional Information #

Once your entity has been created, you can add further information, such as Risk Scoring the entity,

You can also Link any existing risks that the entity may affect.

Ensure you save the Audit Entity at the top right.

Creating an Audit Entity without the Audit Universe (Audit Tracker Only) #

Navigate to the Entity stub within the Audit Tracker,

Select the plus icon from the top right to create a new entity,

Name the Entity, and give it a Sort Order,

Ensure you save the Audit Entity at the top right.
