A Question can be made to show ONLY if another question response equals or doesn’t equal something
A great example is to only show a Question if a Choice of No is selected on a different Question responses.
Adding Visibility Rules #
Select the Edit Pencil Icon at the far right, on the option you want to have rules applied to,
Select the Open Editor under Visible Rules,
(In this example when the Question Have you updated all risks inside the Compliance Section Choice Yes/No/NA is responded to we will show this question)
Select New Criteria,
Select the Question you want to cause this Question to become visible
(I.e. This Question wants to be shown when a response is given to the Other Question (1))
Select the option you want to cause this Question to become visible
(I.e. This Question wants to be shown when a response is given to the Other Question (1) Choice (Yes/No/NA) Option)
Select what value the response needs to be, to then display this Question
(If the Choice Option is responded to as a Yes that will then show this Question)
Saving the Visibility Rules #
When finished, remember to Save at the top right (1) OR Save and Edit (Saving but remaining on the same screen) (2)
