How to Unlink a Record from a Module

System Links #

Throughout the System you may notice Plus and Link icons on grids, these represent the ability to Create and Link & Link Existing records,

Many Modules can Link records between them, with most modules having additional functionality with record linking,

An example is linking Controls to a Risk, these controls will then influence the Risk,

Unlinking a Record #

If a record is no longer required to be linked to another record, it can be unlinked,

To do this, click the three dots (seen in red in the image below),

Then, click Delete. This will remove the linked record from the currently selected record. This does not delete the original linked record.

Saving a Link #

When finished, remember to Save at the top right (1) OR Save and Edit (Saving but remaining on the same screen) (2)
