How Document Storage Limits and File Sizes Work in Symbiant

Document Storage Limits #

By default, every Unique Module on your License provides 1GB of Storage for File Attachments, this includes the Document Management Module.

(Data Storage, i.e. Record Data isn’t included in this storage rule).

An example of a License would be:

• Risk Registers
• Controls and Policies
• Document Management

As there are three unique Modules on this License by default this would include 3GB of storage for File Attachments.

If you require further File Attachment Storage, Please Submit a Support Ticket and we will go through all the available options.

File Sizes #

By default in the Document Management Module each individual File Size is limited to 50MB, this is added as a security measure as well as covering a vast majority of clients’ needs.

If you require your file sizes to be changed and increased or decreased, please Submit a Support Ticket.
